There's something quite special about the way Europeans display their pastry and other decadent treats in the window of their shop. There's also a reason they leave the shop door open, so the aroma invites you in. Once inside though, it's the taste of their artful products that keeps you coming back for more.

Our signature Lemon-Lavender-and-Poppy Seed will re-define your standards. Besides baking with culinary lavender (which is not bitter and only heightens the sweet flavoring), we brush your cake with a lemon/sugar glaze right out of the oven. For toppings we suggest Lemon, Blood Orange, Chocolate Hazelnut, or Key Lime.

Our French Vanilla pound cake has a sweet buttery taste and is brushed lightly with a secret sugar glaze. It's so versatile, you can pair this cake with any of our extraordinary dessert toppings. Be as bold as you like!

Mon Gateau au Chocolat. Our most treasured recipe! A rich dense Chocolate cake baked and bathed with orange liqueur! Topping suggestions: Cranberry, Chocolate Hazelnut, Blood Orange or Key Lime.
