At SWEET ELISE we've searched the world over looking for the finest recipes. Conducted taste test after taste test. The end result; our cakes are truly special.

Our signature Lemon-Lavender-and-Poppy Seed will re-define your standards. Besides baking with culinary lavender (which is not bitter and only heightens the sweet flavoring), we brush your cake with a lemon/sugar glaze right out of the oven. For toppings we suggest Lemon, Cherry-Almond, Chocolate Fudge, Key Lime or Brandied Blackberry Butter. (This is a seasonal offering and may not be carried year-round.)

Our French Vanilla pound cake has a sweet buttery taste and is brushed lightly with a secret sugar glaze. It's so versatile, you can pair this cake with any of our extraordinary dessert toppings.

Mon Gateau au Chocolat. Our most treasured recipe! A rich dense Chocolate cake baked and bathed with orange liqueur! Topping suggestions: Cherry Almond, Brandied Blackberry, Caramel, Butter Rum, Chocolate Mint or Old Fashioned Chocolate Fudge.

Italian Spice Cake. Magnifico! Subtle hints of ginger, cinnamon, clove, a touch of nutmeg and a few other secret ingredients. Then we add pecans, pistachios and pignolias! Lightly glazed in a sugared rum sauce. Topping suggestions: Chocolate Fudge, Caramel, Butter Rum, Brandied Blackberry or Cherry Almond. (This is a seasonal offering and may not be carried year-round.)
