Our Story

We tell people that we were looking for a great business to own and found Sweet Elise, but really I think Sweet Elise found us.

After 15 years in the corporate world building relationships and market share for other companies, I knew one day my husband and I would have our own business where we could make people happy doing something we are both passionate about. Sweet Elise was a perfect match; we both love food and we both love helping people.

We as consumers are always searching for gifts that are unique and memorable. Gifts that can not only brighten someone’s day but also touch the heart. Quite honestly, we always hope “our gift” will be the most special. I’m the first to admit that when I send a gift for an occasion, I’m hoping that the person getting it will be truly moved and even say that it was the most special they’d felt in a long time if not ever. This is what we strive to accomplish for you with Sweet Elise.

With our Signature Cake Packages, we combine the most delicious pound cakes and toppings with a stunning bouquet of fresh flowers and present them on an elegant pedestal. Then we add in our stylish desert plates and cake servers and hand wrap them all in a beautiful package to complete one of the most memorable gifts ever received.
